WASHINGTON, D.C. — April 2, 2025 —The Baldrige Foundation’s Institute for Performance Excellence is pleased to announce that the Quality Texas Foundation Regional Program (QTF Regional Program) will expand access to the Institute for Performance Excellence and its robust suite of educational tools, learning platforms, and digital resources for organizations and communities served throughout its regional footprint.
The QTF Regional Program, a respected member of the Alliance for Performance Excellence, serves organizations across Texas, Puerto Rico, Kansas, Louisiana, and South Carolina. As a Baldrige-based state and regional program, its mission aligns with the broader goals of the Baldrige Enterprise: to help organizations of all sizes and sectors improve performance, strengthen outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Through this alignment, participating organizations in the QTF Regional Program will gain access to the Institute for Performance Excellence’s expansive educational and community ecosystem, including:
- Customizable member portals for learning and collaboration
- A full catalog of online performance excellence courses and certification programs
