The Foundation is excited to announce a new online application to streamline the submission process.
Key Dates
Submission Deadline: September 30, 2026
Nominations must be received by September 30th to be eligible for consideration.
Online Application Instructions
From the list of awards, select the appropriate nomination category.
Before you begin, review the award description and submission requirements.
On the Award Category page, select Apply Now to begin the nomination process.
The online application will guide you through each step of the submission process.
To save your progress, copy the URL displayed at the top of the application. You will need this URL to return to and continue your application. Once an application has been submitted, no further edits can be made.
- When you have completed the application, select Submit. Be sure to print or save the submission confirmation page for your records.
