The Baldrige Foundation’s Institute for Performance Excellence is proud to announce the launch of the U.S. & Global Quality Benchmarking Initiative, a transformative, data-driven program to promote performance excellence across all industries, sectors, and geographies. Organizations around the world—including those aligned with quality frameworks and other performance models—are encouraged to participate and contribute to this growing global movement for quality advancement.
The initiative provides a biannual data submission opportunity, giving organizations access to comprehensive benchmarking reports with industry-wide and sector-specific insights. These reports will empower leaders with evidence-based performance comparisons and help them identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and strategic growth.

The Institute is proud to announce Beyond Feedback as the initiative’s Strategic Technology Partner. Beyond Feedback will power the data collection, analysis, and reporting process with its sophisticated platform and extensive expertise in delivering actionable customer and employee insights.

In addition to serving individual organizations, the initiative has been structured to benefit broader Baldrige-based systems. State and regional Baldrige programs will also be able to leverage this benchmarking tool to support their affiliated organizations, shape local initiatives, and align with national and international benchmarks.

The U.S. & Global Quality Benchmarking Report, an Institute for Performance Excellence annual publication, will feature aggregated and anonymized data and will be released to highlight national and global trends across sectors. The report will serve stakeholders ranging from individual practitioners to national programs, public officials, and global collaborators who rely on performance data to drive excellence and innovation.
