C. Daniel Mullins, PhD, professor in the Department of Practice, Sciences, and Health Outcomes Research and executive director of the PATIENTS Program at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy (UMSOP), has been named a 2026 recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige Foundation National Quality Leadership Excellence Award in the health care sector.

The national recognition highlights Mullins’ leadership in advancing patient-centered health care, health equity, and performance excellence.
