LouAnn Scott joins the Baldrige Foundation as Director of Marketing, bringing more than 28 years of experience in digital strategy, branding, communications, user experience, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, she has successfully led initiatives that strengthen organizational visibility, enhance customer engagement, and advance strategic growth.
Prior to joining the Foundation, LouAnn served with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), part of the U.S. Department of Commerce. In that role, she directed website strategy, design, development, accessibility, and branding initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital presence.
LouAnn also led digital communications efforts, integrated web content with learning and examiner systems, collaborated with internal and external stakeholders on outreach initiatives, and served as the program’s lead for graphic design and brand identity. Her extensive expertise spans digital marketing, communications, user experience, brand management, and strategic engagement.
