Ada’a Health Center Receives Global Recognition from Sterling International

Riyadh, June 04, 2026, SPA -- The Ministry of Health’s Ada’a Health Center was awarded a global recognition certificate by Sterling International, the international partner of the Baldrige Alliance, in acknowledgment of the center's progress in applying institutional excellence methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and elevating organizational performance.

This achievement makes the Ada’a Health Center the first healthcare organization in the world to receive this recognition under the Sterling Collaborative Management Assessment program. The award was presented at the 34th Sterling Leadership Conference 2026, held in Florida, USA, from May 26 to 29.

The center plays a pivotal role in advancing the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of healthcare services across the Kingdom by monitoring the performance of healthcare facilities, producing analytical reports, and overseeing operational improvement initiatives.

Sterling International is a leading organization specializing in organizational excellence and performance improvement. Its methodologies are based on the Baldrige Excellence Framework, which is associated with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA)—one of the most prestigious global awards for institutional excellence, granted to organizations that achieve advanced levels of performance, innovation, and sustainability.
