WASHINGTON, D.C., July 7, 2026 — The Institute for Performance Excellence, in partnership with Renogize Professional Coaching, has launched the Intentional Leader Network, a leadership membership designed to provide consistent, twice-monthly virtual leadership development and coaching. Built on the principles of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, the program equips leaders across every industry and at every stage of their leadership journey with practical strategies, expert guidance, and a supportive community focused on achieving lasting organizational excellence.

The Intentional Leader Network recognizes that leadership excellence is not achieved through a single workshop or seminar but through ongoing development, actionable reinforcement, and consistent practice. Each month, members engage in two live virtual calls, rotating between content calls led by leadership experts, toolbox workshops that emphasize hands-on skills and peer learning, and hot-seat coaching sessions that provide personalized, real-time feedback. This flexible and accessible format ensures leaders and teams can prioritize growth without travel or major disruptions, helping organizations create a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

Membership extends well beyond monthly training sessions. Members receive full access to the Baldrige Foundation's Institute for Performance Excellence, providing year-round resources to strengthen leadership and organizational performance.

Through the National Assessment Center, members gain access to AI-assisted, digitized self-assessment tools built on the Baldrige Excellence Framework. They also receive access to the Knowledge Center, featuring more than 500 research articles, presentations, best practice resources, and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award application summaries.

Membership also includes exclusive discounts on more than 400 online training and certification programs, along with preferred pricing for Leadership Accelerators, QuickStart programs, Baldrige-based certifications, and the Quest for Excellence® Conference.

“Sustainable excellence is built over time through intentional investment in leadership,” said Josh Racette, President & CEO of the Baldrige Foundation. “The Intentional Leader Network gives organizations a way to consistently reinforce leadership principles, sharpen skills, and embed performance excellence into their culture. By coupling this membership with the Institute’s benchmarking, AI-powered assessments, and robust library of leadership resources, we are giving leaders a clear pathway to growth and success.”

Sean Olson, President & CEO of Renogize, added: “We are proud to partner with the nation’s leader in performance excellence initiatives to deliver a leadership solution that meets professionals where they are. The Intentional Leader Network equips leaders with practical training, expert coaching, and actionable tools to develop high-performing teams and create lasting organizational impact.”

The Intentional Leader Network is purposefully designed as a launchpad for leadership development, preparing individuals for more advanced opportunities like the National Leadership and Advisory Councils (NLAC). By emphasizing monthly, high-quality training and coaching, this membership ensures that organizations can develop confident, capable leaders at scale, creating a stronger foundation for excellence.

Enrollment is now open for individuals and organizations ready to invest in consistent, world-class leadership training.
